This is [redacted] with Road Star Auto Repair,
I checked on your customer's complaint about the failed smog. By rules and regulation mandated to us by Bureau of Automotive Repair "BAR" in state of California, we have to smog test the vehicles as they come to our shop with no change and modifications. I will send you links to clarify any misunderstanding that your customer might have. Besides failing for the check engine light being on, the car failed for the cold air intake that was on the vehicle at that time. It is illegal without an approved executive order numbered sticker provided by the air resources board of California. See the following links below to further understand what this all means.

Review: getting smog check, my engine light was on. Instead of informing me that because it was on, automatically would not pass. Still they went ahead and did it fully knowing it wasn't going to pass. gave me paper work and charged me the 59.99. Ask them why the charge? replied if you let us fix the problem we will not charge you again for smog test. This is not good business. If I were a male they would not have charged me and been forth coming about why it could not have been done.Desired Settlement: I want the 60.00 I paid
