One of the vehicles that were rented by Road Runner rentals was involved in a car accident with me in which the party was at faultWe went to Road Runner Rentals to get the insurance information and the office manager and owner have been giving us the run around! We have called, left messages, and again we went to the location three times getting the same run aroundThe owner is there but is afraid to contact us for what reason we don't know why! All we are requesting is insurance information because my children and my elderly mother were in the car and were injured! Besides going to the media, this was my only other option as my insurance company has been trying to reach them as well with no avail
