Road runner moving and storage recently helped me to move across the state and there was a small accident whereby my table got broken. But generally, they did an excellent job.

This is totally a scam moving company. They are broker and don't care about your business but just sell your contract to others. They just want you to sign the contract ASAP and take the deposit. They don't give you a reasonable and detailed quota before taking a deposit. For example, I told them I have a queen bed and twin bed. When they pick up, the man said it only includes bed frame but not the mattress and use it as an excuse to charge you more by over-estimate. That's ridiculous.

Besides, the moving consultant promises me the quota include shuttle fee if it occurs in the destination. (I don't decide the location where I will live at that time.) But when delivering, they said it's only included in pick up but not deliver. Actually, I know there is no need to use shuttle when picking up. They take every change to fool you and charge more money.

In one word. They are TOTALLY FRAUD AND SM company.
