Review: It has been very disturbing I continue to receive harassing phone calls and letters from this company regarding my down payment that I have already paid. I have been in contact with them numerous times and have already faxed over proof of payment 2x and they still continue to send these harassing letters. I financed my vehicle over a year ago and have received 3 harassing certified letters and numerous phone calls. The last letter that I received they stated that they are going to take me to court unless I pay them $1,878.56. I am getting now where with them and this harassment needs to stop. I sent them a certified letter on January 17th 2014 that reads as followed.Desired Settlement: I would like a letter from Road Motors stating that my down payment is paid in full and for them to stop harassing me.

Im faxing all the prove that she still owe's us monies she claims she paid it. and has prove we asked

her in writing to show us that and she didn't also gave us $1,100 from closed account and thats considered

fraud she should be happy we didnt send to the DA all what we want what she owes us if she paid it as she

claims need prove otherwise we are filling for small court
