Road Master Paving

Review: I requested a price quote for my repair and seal driveway. Someone came by left a postcard quoting to fill cracks and seal driveway for $350. Talked to someone on the March 13th and they said they will come on the 15th. On March 15th, someone came and sealed driveway and left invoice in mailbox. Driveway is not smooth and looks as if the bare minimum was done. Person put on invoice that they sealed driveway. They were suppose to fill cracks and seal. Called number on invoice the same day to complain about the poor workmanship. They sent the person back to pickup check after 6:30pm. He stated it was the best he could do for driveway. He also stated if I wanted smoother I need to dig up and replace entire driveway for about $3000. I called again the following day and left message. I have yet to get a response.

The workmanship was poor and they definetly delivered substandard work filling cracks. My neighbor paid $100 dollars and their driveway look smoother and better.Desired Settlement: Either finish the job properly or refund some portion of the bill.
