Review: I received a Pyle receiver from this company in January of 2013 sent it back because did not work anymore it had a year warranty. Had to pay 37.00 to ship then when it was fixed they asked for another25.00. It broke down within 5 minutes of me getting the fixed item back. I finally got a hold of them by phone told them I wanted my 139.99 purchase price back and both shipping charges. They said they usually do not give back money but they will but not the shipping charges. Then they told me I still have to pay to ship it back to get my money back. Shipping will have cost me 99.00. They receiver was 139.99 I am losing money this way and it is not fair.Desired Settlement: I want my 139.99 purchase price plus the shipping charges

To whom this may concern,

Thank you for bringing my customers concerns to our attention. My customer did contact me regarding a non-working unit and we advised them that the item that was purchased is under the manufactures warranty. The manufacture being Pyle, and I attached the warranty info here as well. Upon receiving another call from them,we extended the courtesy of having them return it to us,even if it's passed the warranty with us. We indicated that a refund will be issued to their account once it's received.

Enclosed is the item in questions warranty info as well as our return instructions that we sent them so that they can return it to us for a refund.
