Road Dog Transport, Inc.

To start off I usually never write reviews, but after my displeasure with the customer service I felt the need to inform my fellow customers and future customers of what to expect when purchasing service from Road Dog Transport. I had a tight window to get my truck transported from PA to MD, the agreed upon delivery day was Monday August 10th. The driver called and agreed to pick up the vehicle before 5pm that day. He later called and said he could not make that time so I had to reschedule because of the availability of the shipper. Tuesday I had to leave town but I was assured that even tho I wasn't there to receive shipment, I could add a person to the account to do so and that's what I did. Once I got home Wednesday I inspected the truck and realized that 3 of the wheels looked damaged so I took pictures and sent them to the shipper to ensure that this wasn't something done before the Road Dog Transport representative loaded the vehicle on the truck. I also had received a picture of how the vehicle was strapted around the wheels on the transport vehicle and pictures taken before transport that shows no damage to the wheels. So after confirmation I attempted to contact Road Dog Transport to inquire about my options and the possibility of filing a claim. There I was met by a rude customer service representative named S[redacted], and even tho I carry a calm demeanor and speaking voice she responded unprofessionally and defendnative. Extremely unwarrentive given the fact that this was an inquiry call by nature. I am totally displeased with the company as a whole and the snakes they have working for them. Take this as you will, it just my experience.
