Please note that the complaint is with regard to Roach & Murtha, P.C(of which I am also a principal) and not Peter TRoach and Associates, P.C., the firm which is a Revdex.com member.I have reviewed the telephone call from John L***, the collector from Roach and Murtha, and did not find it
to be rude.MrL*** did, however, refuse to provide information concerning the debt to the "third party" he was speaking to, as he is prohibited from doing so by the FDCPA.Nonetheless, we have noted the file as a "Cease and Desist" file, so no further calls will be made to the Complainant or his employer.I hope this will satisfy Complainant.Please let me know if any additional information is needed.Thank you
