Regarding the complaint filed with the RevDex.com by Mr*** ***:
Mr*** and his family were scheduled for temporary
relocation from their unit during scheduled renovation workMr*** was
informed well in advance of this scheduled renovation work and was contacted
directly by our relocation coordinator just prior their relocation
Walker Construction had not received any communication, nor
was made aware of any complaint from Mr*** previous to the filing of a
complaint with the Revdex.comUpon notification that a complaint was filed and on the
same day, I contacted Mr*** in person at his residenceI had a great
conversation with Mr*** and heard his particular concerns He stated
in the complaint filed that a couple of furniture items had been damaged during
the preparation of his unit for renovationMr*** placed a value of
$on those damages and a check was prepared and delivered to him at that
same day visitMr*** expressed his appreciation that we responded to his
concerns immediately and that he was better informed about the responsibilities
which Walker Construction had on this project as well as those areas of the
project which we were not responsible for
Having had some confusion on Mr***s part as to these
separate areas of responsibility Mr*** was now more clearly informedHe
accepted the check for furniture damage and signed a letter indicating his
approval and acceptance that all concerns had been adequately addressed
and the matter was closedLanguage/context issues with subcontractor crews were discussed with the associated crews that Walker has control over. Obviously that was not a Walker condoned activity, steps have been taken to curb these issues.At the same time Mr*** filed a complaint with the Revdex.com
he also placed a negative review of Walker Construction on YelpThe day after
our conversation, a new review was posted by Mr*** on Yelp in which he
expressed his appreciation of Walker Construction.Please let me know if there is any other information you
