My car had a bad tire, so I purchased a new tire and took it to RNR tire on June 6 2019 to have the bad tire replaced with the new one. After the job was done, I was told that I am in need of upper and lower control arms on the front suspension. About 2 weeks later, while replacing the upper and lower control arms I noticed the inside of the tire I had replaced was bald to the metal again. I fixed the upper and lower control arms, purchased another new tire and took it down to RNR tire to have it replaced again. Around three days later the new tire was flat and the drivers upper control arm was rubbing on the front drivers tire. I went back to RNR tire told them about the flat and asked no less than 3 times "why is the upper control arm rubbing on the tire'" I told them I had these rims and this tire on this car for 2 years and this has never happened before. All they would say is they are going to cut off the bolt that is rubbing on the tire. A few days ago I was outside smoking a cigarette and I noticed the tire pattern on the front tires were different. Long story short RNR tire never put my new tires on my car. My car is only driven back and forth to take my grandson to school (only 2.4 miles one way). How in the world did a tire go bald driving 50 miles a week for 2 weeks, Impossible! Obviously the first new tire was stolen and sold off the books. The second new tire was switched with a defective tire and the drivers tire was taken to complete a set. The defective tire had tiny holes in it that could not happen with normal driving, only a tire press could cause this kind of damage and it turns out the drivers side tire is much wider than the rest of the tires, that's why the upper control arm bolt was resting on the tire. I never had a problem with the drivers front tire, so why did they put that over sized tire on my car? Finally, I paid *** for a front end alignment but the car still pulls to the right (different tire patterns)! Clear case of selling parts and not reporting the sales.
Replacement 4 of the same tires put on my car the way it was when I went to RNR tire and a new upper control arm. When they cut the bolt on my brand new control arm they made it a nightmare to replace if the control arm gets damaged. Additionally, when I purchased these rims and tires from their store at 818 little creek rd, Norfolk, they charged me for new tires but the tires were not new. During a repair several months later, a repair shop showed me a patch in one of the tires. Very ugly.

First, and to be clear, we did not sell this consumer any tires. we simply installed tires he purchased elsewhere. The existing front tires were rotated to the rear of the vehicle, and the new tires were installed on the front. Customer replaced his own control arm, which caused the rubbing he described.
Nevertheless, Customer visited our VB location and left satisfied on Monday 7/22. We refunded the previous alignment fees and performed another alignment free of charge. Consumer acknowledges his new tires were installed on the vehicle and is completely satisfied at this time. Furthermore, he has agreed to contact Revdex.com and drop his complaint and/or mark it as remedied.
