I've done Facebook Twitter even on here you can see how much RNR tire cares about their customers they're not even answering the emails when I have a son who has leukemia that I can't keep dishing out money for something so somebody needs to get in touch with me or I will call the better Business bureau and turn them in
I want to be reimbursed for the brakes and I want the tires paid in full I don't want to keep paying on something where they're taking half of my $178
I believe I was charged more than the contract amount.
I purchased tires from RNR Tires on 11/09/19 for the amount of *** I had 6 mos to pay the cash price. I was making monthly payments of *** a month starting 12/01/19, I made my last payment of *** on 2/27/20. If you do the math those tires cost me over *** I complained to the rep over and over he kept telling me about a *** a month for two fees, if you do the math it still doesn't add up. One gentlemen I would make my payments with wrote my balance on the receipts for each payment, he told that taxes wasn't added so the total price was *** Someone is stealing!!!!
I want to be reimbursed for overpayment.
We regret Mr. did not have an excellent shopping experience with us. However, we have a valid, executed agreement and Mr. has acknowledged as much. He simply doesn't agree, after the fact, with some of the optional fees associated with his transaction , including alignment and road hazard, and that those fees do not apply to the balance of the product he purchased. We have not done anything wrong here; as Mr. simply didn't fully understand the agreement he signed. If he feels he was mislead in any way, and was told otherwise, I will gladly refund the optional fees he paid.
A person impersonating me called RNR pretending they were me. I know the person who called they are using the information to create problems in my community where I work and live. They only provided my name and they were given how many times a particular person paid on my account using a credit card, how much my payment is and the name of the person making the biweekly payments. This is unethical to give that much information over the telephone, and if I was the person who the account is in my name why would I call and ask these questions!!'? I signed the contract I already know the information they asked for. Now this particular person has my information and knows who is paying for my rims all by just giving my name over the telephone.
Product_Or_Service: rims and tires
Billing Adjustment I feel this is unethical for a business and something should be done about this whether the rims be paid in full or the balance cut in half. Also, a better policy in place for telephone conversations when giving personal information on an account.

RNR takes customers personal information and security very seriously. In order to for any employee to give out any payment history and or balances we require name, address, phone number and any password info if customer has required it or listed in under their account. Under no circumstances will RNR willingly provide any account information to anyone that is not listed on the lease agreement. If someone has stolen the identity or customers personal information unfortunately we have no way to prevent this from happening. We have customers check balances and pay history daily and it is routine and company policy for our collectors to provide any information to the customers as they request. We will never hide or falsify any payment history or balance questions if the customer requests it.
We will be more than happy to add a pin or password for this customer if she chooses to do so to prevent any other problems from arising.
