RND Aerospace, Inc.

Review: Aviation supplier had products advertised as available. Agreement was made and company was to ship the products with a 2 day shipment. Company was paid $3,200 on May 9th of this year. The company was made aware that the products were needed immediately. Products were never delivered and payment was not refunded as agreed on. Mr. [redacted] has promised to repay the total amount and we have expressed to him that we would like to settle the issue before going into legal action. Supplier has been given a month and a half but to no avail. Mr. [redacted] has e-mailed the company himself, stating he was going to repay Global Aerospace Logistics, LLC by the 13th of June. He and the company has been called numerous times and unfortunately, no one picks up or returns our call. Refund to amount paid was never made. Given the damages this company, RND Aerospace Inc. has caused our company, we have lost the trust and the future trades we were to obtain from our known airline client. Global Aerospace Logistics was human enough to understand the reasons provided to us but Mr [redacted] and RND Aerospace Inc. were given several chances to repay us but even an answer or return call from the company has been ignored.Desired Settlement: We would like to get a full refund from this company before dealing with them legally.
