RMS Appliance Repair

So I had a dryer that needed repair, so I was given the name of RMS appliance when I called *** for repair. He came right out and charged me $65 for service call. Then stated it was going to be over $300 to fix the dryer. I called back the next day and agreed to have it fixed, he said he would order the part. More than a week later, I called to follow up and he said he never ordered the part and wanted a picture of the dryer model, so I sent it. He said he would be out the next week. 2 weeks later, I called again and he made appt for a few days out in the evening, I waited and he never showed up. So finally I called again...and asked for the $65 service fee to be refunded back since he wouldn't fix the dryer. He asked for my address once again and said he would send check...over a week later, no check, so I called and he told me check was already sent, but it wasn't and I still haven't received it 3 more weeks later! I called another company and told them my dryer wasn't heating, they said we will order the heating element and call when it comes in. 1 week later, they called, came out and fixed it for $78. So, not only was he wayyyy over charging, he wouldn't even come fix it when I was willing to pay the $340! Poor communication , poor business and dishonest!
