Review: We procured their business for assistance to file petition paperwork for my brother who lives in the Philippines to come to America. We had given them a deposit and that we would pay the remainder upon arrival of my brother here to America. When we were reviewing the paperwork that the company submitted a majority of the submissions were incorrect and false. We immediately hired another Attorney to assist us with fixing the mess they created for us. When we approached them about the situation after hiring another attorney, they informed us that they would waive the remainder of the fee. We contacted them numerous times to receive a receipt or letter in regards to the conversation of waiving our fees and finally after 5 attempts they emailed me a receipt with no signature and a balance they said they would waive. I have attempted to contact their office manager or anyone for that matter in their office to assist us and no one has returned my phone calls or emails.Desired Settlement: Since the paperwork they filed for us would have perjured my brother we feel we should actually get a full refund of what we had deposited.
