RMF Scrubs

The quality of the product is cheap and the material bleeds. I purchase about $2500 in products to resale, and after receiving complaints of the material bleeding and tearing I requested an RMA for $600. They had the audacity to accuse me of bleaching their cheap product and then said if I return the items after fees I will only get $189.82. This company is a straight rip-off. If I could give them a zero, that wouldn't be low enough.

Review: I order several pairs of scrubs from this company and one of the colors I ordered was blue. The color they sent me is purple. The company I work for has color coordinated days and purple is not one of them. I have contacted them several times without a response. It has been two weeks since the first time I contacted them, so they have had plenty of time to respond.Desired Settlement: I would like to just exchange the purple scrubs for the correct color of Royal blue. I am not paying the return shipping and restocking fee for there mistake.

Review: I ordered scrubs from this site, under the impression that they would be a 5xl with a 66 inch waist. On the site, it states that the clothing is 3-4 inches bigger then described. First off, I recieved the scrubs almost 2 weeks later, but secondly they were not the correct size, my mother has a 28 inch size waist and the pants as well as the shirts practically fit her. I emailed RMF scrubs, and they said they could not return my money because the scrubs where altered. These scrubs where not altered! they are small and they do not fit.Desired Settlement: 38.19

Review: I ordered many uniforms from this company, and when I received the product it was a totally different color than ordered. Then, the company wanted me to pay to have the correct color sent to me. I was out 75 dollars in scrubs that I could not wear to work.Desired Settlement: I just want everyone to know that buys items online to BEWARE of this company and not to waste their time and money.
