Review: RMD Images was hired by [redacted] to provide photography services during its July 2014 graduation ceremony. I paid RMD Images for a photography package including a CD and photographs. I did not receive the CD that I paid for and the photographs that I received were blurry and of very poor quality. I contacted RMD Images to request a refund and they would not respond to my emails or phone calls. I enlisted the help of [redacted] to assist me in getting my money back, and at that time RMD Images did agree to refund my money. However, as of today, they have not refunded my money, they will not respond to my emails, and they have disconnected or changed their phone number. I did not receive the items that I paid for and the items that were received do not comply with acceptable industry standards.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my money.
