Review: every time that I take my car back to check that there is still a problem with the transmission they say that they do not hear anything I need my car for work this thing has been going on for a while I paid 3000.00 for this problem and I live right above the garage next street up and they don't do anything they did not check the car but I have papers that they charged me and give excuses that they have no time for this understand a need my car to get to work all I want them to do is honor the warranty and what I paid them to to a good job today I took my car to them and I watched out m window and they told me to go to the dealer and find out what was wrong why did I pay them if they don't know what they are doing I need this problem fixed or I will seek a lawyer this is so unprofessional why should I have to take my car for a warm if i'm paying and hourly rate to them please help me already I'm out a lot of money on this place that does nothing but belittle the people that try to make a buck and pay them for nothingDesired Settlement: fix the problem that I already paid you for for refund so I can get my car fixed by some one else
