I was contacted by them April 2013 collecting on an [redacted] wire line account back in April I paid in full the amount they wanted and now November [redacted] has posted to my credit that the account has never been paid. I requested a reciept from RM Jackson and they did send it to me, I in turn contacted [redacted] wire line and they are telling me I have to contact them again and have them correct the issue because they never reported that the accout was paid. I have left four messages over the last week and have not recieved a call back from RM Jackson.
