Review: We met with [redacted] to help us with filing review with the Irs in regards to tax audit/examination from 2012.[redacted] did not follow up with the Irs on our behalf.His cost was approx.$20,000.00 for review and filing from 2006- 20011.I ([redacted]) advised [redacted] on (2) different occasion that we we like to discontinue doing business with him and his company and request a refund.We advised [redacted] that the cost was very high and we were not able to afford $20,000.00.I spoke with [redacted] 12/7/2012 was the last time,I spoke with him advised him again on the request for our refund.He told me he was out of the country in [redacted] on business and he would call me when he return.We have yet to hear from [redacted] or his office.We paid him $3,500.00 and no returns or examination was completed.I would like your help in the matter.Other details can be discuss with your rep.Thanks,[redacted]Desired Settlement: Refund of funds paid.Thanks
