Review: I order materials or products to be perfect, meticulously flawless but sadly all materials are severly damaged, defected, defaulted and blemished. First of all, materials they were supposed delivered in 30 days they took 6 months. They were delivered here in 4-5 different times. During installation, I noticed damaged. I kept calling [redacted], he never respond me. I kept complaining to his son, [redacted] he said I will fix them. It never happened. He had completely neglected in providing materials. All balusters has cracks on the neck, body, and legs. His friend, [redacted] was her eon October 21, 2013. I showed them to him, he took pictures from balusters. I said to to show [redacted].Desired Settlement: To pay back the money I spent for materials and installation $11,530.00 or to remove all balusters and make them in perfect and installed them back in their places.
