On 6/30/I submitted a deposit in the amount of $for the rental property located at [redacted] *On Thursday 7/12/I notified your company that due to a family emergency I would not be able to move into the location and would not be signing the leaseThe same day I received an email that my online portal account was deactivatedI have reached out three separate times (7/13/2018, 7/16/and 7/17/2018) via email about having my security deposit returned and have not heard back
