I never seen any paperwork stating what you were going to do or hourly rate.
I have a few issues with your services and changes!
First you assign an employee (Kris) to do all the work, he is an apprentice at best.
His work is about a C level in my book, he did work hard, but still needs supervision.
To paint 3 bedrooms (ceiling, walls, and trim) and a very small bathroom (same for bathroom), remove old carpets including tick strips, remove popcorn ceiling in small bath, master bedroom and 3 closets. Hang 5 light fixtures (I supplied) and to hang 3 new closet doors.
I supplied the trailer to haul debris away, all paints, and all fixtures.
The closet doors were not installed, due to the wrong one came in shipment. I did not see a credit not install of doors.
You did not brother to contact me before you user my credit card without my authorization to the funds, this is a legal issue!
If this is your quality of your workmanship and professional service, no need to return, I will get someone else to clean up this job.
I am totally disappointed with your standards and I will not recommend you for anything!

We did not supply any material for your project including your closet doors which is why we could not install them when they arrived incorrect, a credit was issued in the itemized invoice that you signed.
