This is a complaint for personal services that were not rendered as agreed On June 21, 2017, I paid my deposit for an appointment on July @11:am to evaluate me for a personal service she providesI showed up at the correct address minutes early, but could not find the suite number she had given me I sent her a text, asking directions to her salonRather than give them to me, she said she could not be there until noon at the earliestI told her I needed to cancel the service because I could not wait and asked for a refundShe refused, citing the "nonrefundable deposit" policy on her websiteShe said my only recourse was to reschedule I said I had kept my end of the bargain (personal services contract) and that she did not because she was not at the agreed upon location at the agreed upon timeShe knew I had driven almost miles for the evaluation, but had not called to notify me that she was unable to keep the appointment She accepts only PayPal, n
