R.L White Heating and Air Service Repair

Review: My name is [redacted]. On 9/20/2012, R.L White heating/air service repair came out to my home to install two air/heat unit(s). One at my home and another at my rental property next door @ [redacted]. I paid the company $950.00 on that day. I was told by the owner that he would return to finish the job the next day. After contacting the company several times, Bob finally returned on 11/23/12, in which he was paid an additional $650.00. I was told that the reason the job was left incomplete was because the rental property needed additional work in order for him to complete the job. I was not advised of this back on 9/20/12. I asked for additional information as to why this additional work needed to be done in order to have a heating/air unit installed. The owner advised me that he would contact me at a later date. Several months went by and received no contact from the company. I proceeded to contact them several times but not one returned my phone calls.
