RKS Workout

Review: I made an order with RKS Workout on May 9th. I was sent an email saying I would receive confirmation when the product shipped. A few days passed and nothing. (Overnight shipping) I called the 4 phone numbers listed (all different) and all of them are currently out of service. I was charged $19.99 and I'm automatically set up to have 2 more payments of 39.99 deducted from my bank account. I never received my product or a confirmation saying it was shipped. To this date (05-24-14) I have not received any correspondence from the company that was not an automated email response. (I've sent 4 emails to the help desk.) Due to the lack of valid phone numbers, their inactive social media accounts and their lack of correspondence I have no reason to believe at this time that they are a legitimate company. Yesterday I closed my bank account to avoid any further charges from RKS.I have no way of getting in contact with RKS, in-turn I have no way to be issued a refund. I would hate to see this situation happen to other people so I'm really hoping The Revdex.com can step in and do something about this matter.Thank you for your time and help!Desired Settlement: The charged amount 19.99
