We shipped her exactly what she ordered We only sell two sizes of that plant gallon and gallon There are pictures of both on the website page where she bought the plant Maybe she was thinking she would be getting the larger plant but if that is the case then that is not our fault We also state on our site that "Plants will be shipped bare root, can be cutting, division or non-rooting plant." Nowhere does it state we will ship in pots on our site! I believe she was just wanting larger plants for a cheaper price I take offense of her saying we are very deceptive and dishonest We sell thousands of plants, both online and at the brick and mortar site 99% of people love our place and our plants I'm writing this off as the 1% that no matter what you do they are not going to be happy We would be more than happy to sell her the gallon if that is what she would prefer

This order was one we truly made a mistake on The order is going out again today We had it shipped back to us because of a bad address and it was lost in the corner The Cactus King sincerely apologizes for the mistake When the mistake is on our end we will always fully own up to it Once again the shipment is going out today
