I recently had some car trouble and found out it was my transmission. [redacted] at RK Trans Auto Repair went above and beyond to answer any and all questions I had reagarding the issue with my car and what he could do to help me. I got estimates at my regular mechanic in Durham and an esitmate from [redacted] since I work in Raleigh. My regular mechanic does not specialize in transmission work but they were able to replace it for me. [redacted] quoted me a price about $1,000 less than what they were charging to rebuild my transmission instead of just replacing it. After driving it around now for several weeks I have been nothing but pleased. I even took my car back for a tune up about a week or so later because I had such a good experience with the transmission work. I feel 100% confident that I can contact [redacted] with any help or questions if I need to in the future. I am currently 7 months pregnant and he really made both myself and my husband feel at ease with the already stressful situaiton. I would reccomend him to anyone.
