faxed as I live 40 minutes away Abel fail to fax it so I went personally to pick it up when I notice there was $895.00 being charged. I call the [redacted] who said I can cancel the service I will just have to go personally and sign another paper. I went to the dealership told the finance person what had happened and he said maybe Abel forgot to inform the fiannce person this will be free. This was just a verbal aggreement. All I want is for them to send the $895.00 back to my lender so this can be appplied to my loan. I dont want the detalling job unless it was free which was not. I have left several messages for someone to contact me in regards to this matter and nobody has done anything to help me at the dealership.
