I am rejecting this response because:1) When my fiancé and I was at the store another customer came in and purchased two wedding bands and was not told about the so called every three month ruleThe three month rule iis not stated anywhere on the receipt or on the warranty certificationAlso if I did happen to come back every three months how would have made a difference since the business claims they are not responsible for damages.2) The diamond falling out is not my faultOne diamond has fell out in the last year so clearly this was a manufactoring issue and needs to be replaced

Dear Representative Revdex.com:RK Jewelers received a letter from Revdex.com on September 19th 2016, stating that [redacted] had filed a complaint to Revdex.com.  And the complaint was that RK Jewelers service is bad and willing to charge diamond ring $100 dollars to repair. RK Jewelers...

warranty paper clearly states that RK Jewelers is not responsible for any breakage or damages and this is for all customers.  [redacted] came back to our store after one full year saying that pieces of diamonds had fallen out or missing. RK Jewelers clearly explained to [redacted] that she must return to our store every three months to check up the ring conditions and if any cleaning needed, she never returned to our store.  So, as an owner of jewelry shop I Taybur H[redacted] fully deny her complaint.If you have any question please call the store location ###-###-####.Sincerely Yours,Date,
