RJ's Exotic Limousines

Review: On March **, 2014, I signed a contract with RJ limousines for a party bus for my sister's sweet 16, May **, 2014 from 9:00p.m. - 2:00a.m. On that day, I viewed a 50 passenger party bus with a partitioned off VIP section at the back of the bus. The bathroom was located in the front of the bus. I was told that the bus that I saw would be the bus delivered on the day of the event. On May **, 2014, a party bus from [redacted] bus company arrived across the street from my home at approximately 8:50 p.m. The driver proceeded to clean the bus. I went across the street to speak to the driver who informed me that he would beep the horn when he was ready. At 9:00 p.m. my mother went across the street and boarded the bus only to find out that the bathroom on the bus was out of order and that the VIP section was an open section at the back of the bus. The driver then informed my mom that the handle was broken on the inside of the bathroom from a function the night before but not to worry about it he would stop when the kids had to use the bathroom. The bus stopped at our designated location of [redacted], where I had to make purchases at Mcdonalds in order for the children to use the bathroom. When I contacted RJ limousine with my complaint the next day I was first informed that the bus I was originally contracted had an air conditioner problem and was unavailable. On my next phone call to RJ I was informed that I received service "from that other company" and it was no longer their problem.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund from RJ's limousine, as my sister's sweet 16 was ruined.
