Review: I was denied access to my W2 Tax Return information. When I called and spoke with [redacted] (office manager) who I informed that I needed my W2 faxed, she said, "Okay." When I did not receive the information I had requested, I called back the following business day and asked what was going on with the W2, the office manager told me she, "cant give it to me". Firstly I want to respond to why we did not respond immediately to your notification about the complaint. The letter of complaint was sent to our old business address, therefore a response of notification was never received or forwarded to our new address. We have been located three years at current address and forwarding of mail long expired.
