Prompt, professional and efficient!! No reason to use any other AC contractor. My AC went out, they arrived same day and had it back up and running within the hour. The unit is old and I know nothing about AC so could have easily been ripped off and told I needed a whole new unit but they were honest and replaced the parts needed and didn't try to upsell something I didn't need. You can't go wrong with RJH. I'm extremely pleased and wouldn't use anyone else for HVAC.

This is an amazing company! The owner was great, he got my request from the home warranty company and called me immediately. Scheduled an appointment 2 days later and met me first thing in the morning. He had the parts necessary and the repair was done within a very acceptable time frame. I went from 5 days without air to find I had a loose wire. [redacted] called that night to check on the family and then we noticed that one unit was down. [redacted] returned the next morning to diagnose the problem. Then he left for about 2 hours and returned with a motor to repair my unit. I am happy I got an experienced service guy who communicated his every step.

We were getting ready to leave on a trip and discovered the A/C was not blowing cold in the spare upstairs bedroom. Our friend from Spokane was going to housesit the animals while we were gone. The warranty company scheduled RJG Mechanical LLC to come out. I called them right after I hung up from the warranty company. Shannon answered and said someone would come out the next day. The technician found the compressor was shot. I got that uneasy feeling because our company was coming in a few days. In the past, it has always taken a week to get major part replacement. Shannon said not to worry she would give us updates and try to get one ASAP. The distributor had one left that was already promised to someone else. After some calls, they said the other person would wait for mine to come in and we could have theirs.

RJH Mechanical went the extra mile to get us the compressor. It would have been just as easy to have us wait, but Shannon and Rich took the high road and delivered on time the day before company arrived.

Our house has three aging A/C units. This is the first time we have had a company be so conscientious about providing excellent customer service. We will be telling our friends about this one.
