Review: I completed an order on December [redacted], 2013 in order to get a rebate on my credit card. My invoice had the required December date. But the transaction was not completed until later in January, after the rebate offer had expired. As a result I did not receive $5.23. I checked and was informed that the failure to report was the merchant's responsibility. I forwarded that message to the merchant and have not received any response since. That is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: At this point, $5.23.
