Review: Furnace was moved from inside laundry area in home to garage last June (2013) had A/C checked this month (2014) for summer season and the A/C company [redacted] asked where the inspection sticker was......

I called [redacted] (RJC Service Contractors) and asked [redacted] if permits were needed for this job, he was going to find out and call me back.

[redacted] did not return call, I called him again and he told me he just relocated furnace.....

I called [redacted] Monday to tell him my nephew works in the townhall next to the Permit Office and that if you relocate a furnace, it needs to be inspected - I also told him I went to townhall and they gave me all the paperwork that has to be filled out and if he could come and fill out - left voice mail but did not get response

Sent email today to tell [redacted] I left a voice message and if he could come and get the paperwork, fill out and return to me - then I would return to the townhall and they could come and inspect the work that was done and put sticker on furnace and we would be all done, however no response to email......Desired Settlement: I need to have paperwork filled out for townhall and have the furnace inspected.

This needs to be done, then the job w/be finished......
