Review: RJC Plumbing completed work on my property in May of 2013. I was unable to be onsite during the repair as I was active duty Navy and not in San Diego.RJC Plumbing was contracted (written contract) to repipe the whole house with copper piping. The repair was not completed and this was just recently discovered due to an unreplaced pipe failing.My property manager and I have attempted to contact RJC Plumbing multiple times over a 2 week period to speak to the owner himself and the owner refuses to contact either of us and on one occassion has even hung up.Desired Settlement: Completion of the contract and reimbursement for the preventable cost that was just incurred. If this is not completed, I request funds to complete the repiping project, to include the preventable damage that just occurred, with a different contractor.
