[redacted] listened to my concerns and discussed them with me. He was very understanding and cooperative. [redacted] spend considerable time updating programs and reinstaling STOPzilla. The highlight of the session was the $100 refund which helped me feel very positive about my interaction with [redacted] - and to a lesser extend technician [redacted].

I had a very Bad experience with this company! They gave poor service and wanted to access my computer multiple times. This made me feel very uncomfortable! The $199.98 that they charged me was not worth their service! They gave me the run-
around when I asked for a refund. They said that they could not place a credit on my credit card. This is another red flag with this company. They are not customer friendly!
Their parent company suggested that I make a complaint about them. The parent company was un-co-operative in giving me a refund as well! The Revdex.com needs to investigate this company. This company has stolen $199.98 from me.
