Very disappointing that I am required to spend a significant amount on uniform items which I would normally have no problem with except for the fact that sizing is so completely wrongThe only difference between XL, 2XL and 3XL (Short Sleeve golf shirt) is that the larger you go, the longer the sleeves and shirt are - but very little additional width in the shirt High school is tough enough for kids so the additional stress of having to wear a uniform that does not fit is just wrong After discussing with their customer service rep, was once again disappointed to learn that this is a COMMON complaint that has been passed on to the "powers that be" but with no improvements

Order placed online July 27th received item August 2nd placed an email requesting firm date for balance of the items Told orders are filled within 2-weeks Another items received August 19th As of August 23rd weeks post order contacted customer service who cannot confirm when the balance of the order will be received Total order paid at time of online purchase in excess of $and the inventory did not indicate any delay issues This is a school uniform required in time for the first day of classes less than two weeks away and we don't even know if the product will arrive in good condition and fit This is the second delivery issue with this company in less than months and I've not received any compensation or support from their customer service representatives Items remaining are [redacted] Emailed customer service and received not response morning or August 23rd Called today August 23rd around 16:and spent mi
