Review: This was my second dealing with Roger D[redacted], the first repointing of 2 chimneys and reflashing them was handled correctly. We contacted him a second time to order and install gas fireplace logs and repair a roof leak. We gave him a check for $478 on 9/30 to order the gas log set up. He told me he would e-mail a receipt which he never did. I did not hear from him again till 10/7 he responded to an e-mail saying he would be out in a few days, he never showed. Finally on Sunday 11/1 I went to his home to confront him on the issue. He said he would be out to do work Tuesday or refund money Wednesday. I never saw or heard from him again. He hasn't responded to phone, text or e-mail messages and refuses to answer door when I stop at his home.Desired Settlement: I demand a full refund of my $478 check that I gave him to purchase the fireplace equipment. I do not want him to complete any of the work we had discussed.
