Review: I had [redacted] remove my existing concrete steps in the front of my home starting from the bottom of my front porch steps down to my driveway. He had to build new framework and pour new steps. The steps were poured but once he got to the top where the new steps would meet up with the porch steps it was 1 1/2" inches higher and did not match up with the right sidewalk going around the house. A TRIPPING HAZARD. [redacted] came back and placed a small amount of cement to slope up from the sidewalk to the top step. This repair cracked within a few days and, more importantly, it's an eyesore. Considering the amount of money I paid I was not happy with the results. I called [redacted] and had him come back to look at the repair. He verbally agreed to fix the problem at no additional cost to me. I don't have anything in writing but he said he would be back in a few weeks...that was back in June 2013 and I left him many messages and he has not returned any of my calls.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] to do what he promised and tear out the cement repair and repour a new sidewalk slab to connect to the top step.
