On January 16, I dropped my car off at Fox Glass Tinting (John) at 9:30am to have tint on my brand new car removed & replacedAt 2:21pm I received a call from John telling me that my car was ready When I got to the shop I asked how it went and he stated "All of the glue stuck to the window and they just finished my car when he call." On my drive home, I noticed a razor blade slice in my passenger door panel that was not there when I dropped my vehicle offI immediately called John & brought my car back to his shopHe offered to cover the damageOn Friday January 19, I returned to Fox GlassTinting (John) to drop off the receipt for repair, pick up my reimbursement, and inform him that there is more damage that was noticed to the interior of my vehicleFurther damages include; scratches On the interior windows/windshield (a scour pad was found in my vehicle), razor blade scratches on the plastic of my passenger side door along the window (interior of vehicle), razor blad
