Review: I took my truck in three times in thirty days for the same repair (Ac not working properly) and was charged another diagnosis fee for the same thing. I paid them a total of almost $2200 and my truck still does not have working Ac. Every time I take it back they try to charge me more money. When I picked up my truck the boss told me that's just how it is and if I wanted it fixed I needed to let them 'throw parts at it" at my expense because they don't know whats wrong with it. I asked them if that's really how they wanted to proceed because I wanted to resolve this without the trouble of court and complaints and was told "SUE THEM" I have filed a complaint with BARDesired Settlement: I would either like this repaired or refunded so I can have it repaired somewhere else and I would like the illegal second diagnosis fee of $192.15 refunded as they charged me a diagnosis fee twice in 30 days for the same problem.
