This is definitely not the case Your increase in price is due to the increase in the size of your shipment In accordance with the terms and conditions of your signed agreement, any increase in items, volume or services will result in an increase in price This is exactly what occurred here Your price increased when you increased the services required at pickup Any additional questions please contact our offices between the hours of 9-EST
If there are changes to your itemized list, volume or services required at pickup that would result in a change to your price If you have any questions relating to specifics then please contact our offices between the hours of 9am to 5pm to discuss

Exactly what other moving companies said that you would say. Even Delta movers made the statement that this happens all the time with Affinity Van Lines. I understand the initial statement was NOT a complete walk through of inventory but it should have been a close estimate NOT almost double. I was forewarned by other movers that this was your tactic in doing business, I trusted you would not do what they said, but when I couldn't get a hold of anyone and no one would return my calls or email and I eventually got hung up on by one of your employees I knew it was going to turn out like it did. Its amazing how fast you can respond to this but you still to this day have not tried to respond back to me. I will NOT be satisfied until I get some form of restitution and everyone is aware of your tactics.
