My child (great-niece) has been experiencing severe PTSD along with an emotional breakdown from dealing with remembered or admitted abuse from her family She recently was admitted into an acute care facility for suicidal thoughts and plans This institution recommended she be placed in a trauma program immediately and not leave her alone...they even defied Wellcare for as long as they could, keeping her within their facility trying to get a transfer or ANYTHING from this facility This facility was nice and cooperative at first, then when they hear Wellcare was involved, all of a sudden became distant and refused to return phone calls I called and left messages, the other facility called and left messages, Wellcare called and left messages...cause Wellcare said they just needed This facility to fill out the paperwork and they would approve it But this facilty lacked the professionalism to return calls to me or the other doctors I am appalled at the lack of human decency to just return a simple call...and it wasn't just one person that didn't return phone calls, I talked to at least separate people who took my info, said they would check into it, and call me back...then didn'tI would call back and they would apologize, say they would get back to me, and then again...no returned phone calls I guess my niece on Wellcare just isn't worth the time or effort....and she really needs help! She is now back in the other facilty...and I still can't get this place to return a call I would say that if they treat potential customers this badly, actual customers probably do not get much help either So much for making a kid who needs help feel like they care
