We spoke with the client on 5/and apologized for any miscommunication We went over the progress of the file and ultimately decided a refund was justified A refund check was sent that same day and the client cashed the check on 6/ We believe this satisfied the client's
request and consider the issue closed on our end If we can provide any additional support please let us know
We have reached out to the client's wife and resolved the issueThe client's file has been closed since October and he will have no further billing from our company

We resolved the client's request on June 30th before he filed a complaint. The client called our office on June 30th to inform us that he had requested to cancel on 5/19/2017. We verified that he called on 5/19/2017 but hung up when our receptionist was transferring him to a paralegal to close...
his file. We apologized that his file was not closed and voided the additional payment that drafted on 6/30/2017. We reached out to the client on 7/5/2017 to make sure that he was satisfied but we did not hear back from him. The funds were never withdrawn from the client's account and his file is closed in good standing.

One of our managers reached out to the client prior to receiving her complaint. Since receiving her complaint we made several more attempts and have not heard back from her. We have closed her file as requested and waived her final balance.
