We thrive on hospitality and customer service.
When a guest checks in and is unsatisfied with the room they were given, we accommodate them by showing them another room, if at that time they are still unsatisfied, WE do give them a FULL refund.
I have attached the original receipt of check in, with the name[redacted], she was the guest with [redacted]. I have also attached the receipt for full refund.

We asked for a refund, we were suprised, but we received a very nice phone call and shortly after a full refund.
