Review: The business is a shoe repair store. I brought in three pairs of boots for repair and only received two when I came back to pick them up. When I asked where my third pair was they said they misplaced it but would look for them. They told me to come back in a few days. For two weeks, I continued to come back with no results. I then asked to have them pay me for the boots they lost. The man I spoke to was very nasty, loud and acted like it didn't matter to him. He said he would give me the money for the boots but once again I had to come back at the end of the week for the money because it was not his business. So I asked him how he could offer to give me money for the boots if it wasn't his business and he said he had the authority to do so. I believe I will never see those boots or the money. I then found out from another customer that he lost two pairs of shoes and never reimbursed the person the value of the shoes.The store is very disorganized, shoes everywhere. I don't know how a business can run like that.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the value of my boots back ($250.00) but I settled on his agreement of $125.00
