To [redacted] , I am writing this in response to your letter that was filed on June 4, We would like to start off by apologizing that you were not happy or pleased with the services that were provided by Riverside Payments We strive to ensure that each and every one of our customers has a wonderful experience here at Riverside Payments We train our reps to go over our agreements in great depth In regards, to your comment that you were briefly informed about our services; we went through an entire page presentation showing and explaining all of the benefits and details that Riverside Payments offers We then provided a quote that broke down the rates and fees that [redacted] would be paying based on the statements that were provided Part of this breakdown is a line item called Monthly Service/Equipment Package that clearly stated the $lease charge that [redacted] would be paying You also signed a page application in which you signed in spots and initialed in spots that clearly document all rates and fees that were going to be charged to [redacted] ***, including the Lease Agreement that you signed In addition to that on March 20th you spoke with one of our Relationship Managers who reviewed the charges that was charged to your account One of those was the lease from [redacted] After that just days later on March 23rd your wife [redacted] called in stating that she was unaware that [redacted] was being charged for a lease On March 26th I spoke with [redacted] once again reviewing everything and specifically going over the lease for 5-10min After that on March you spoke with one of our Relationship Managers and you discussed the insurance that needed to be provided for the equipment that you were leasing and how this needed to be provided to [redacted] Lease Group I find it very hard to believe that you had no knowledge that you were signing a lease Especially, since you spoke with separate people months ago about the lease In regards to your comments about “The clincher being I guarantee our company can save you money and if we don’t we will let you out of the agreement I agree that is the clincher of our programs It is something that virtually nobody in the industry is offering in writing like we do After you processed with us for the first couple of months we reviewed the account to ensure the savings like we do with all of our clients We at that point noticed that you were processing a lot more rewards cards and corporate cards then were anticipated so we immediately offered and submitted a refund to your account to ensure that you would see savings We then reviewed your May statement and noticed that we did save you $for the month based upon what you were paying before We quoted you a $in savings though and that is what we are committed to offering you Even though you have filed this complaint prior to speaking to us we have already processed a refund in the amount of $to get the savings to the $mark We also made an adjustment to your account of $per month which will actually lose us money monthly to make sure that based on the volumes quoted you would save the $each and every month We also locked those rates in so that we did not have to do any further reviews So, as you can see not only are we going to be saving you money but we are going to be saving the exact amount of money that we quoted to you With all of that being said, we are still willing to honor our original agreement with you That agreement is that we will save you money as we promised If that does not work for you and you still would like to close your account there would be an early cancellation fee of $ In regards to [redacted] Leasing that account is set up with them so you would have to reach out to them directly Riverside Payments is committed to working with you and thank you for giving us the opportunity to address this matter for you If you need further assistance, or if you have additional questions, please contact me directly via mail, email or my direct line below

Riverside Payments has not stated ever that you owe us moneyPlease call 503-972-as we do not have any records of thisYou signed an agreement with NPT and they turned the deal into us to do the processing and first data does the billingWe would be happy to help but this review should be removed from our page as again we did not sign you as a merchant of ours

Riverside Payments gave [redacted] a quote without any numbers [redacted] was excited to get lower rates and signed up without even giving us a real volume or number of transactionsThat being said once she called in to let us know our quote was too high we took the time to go over it with her and even offered to lower down all rates to beat [redacted] s effective rate of 2.75%As recently as yesterday 6-9- [redacted] was ok with this when speaking to our customer service rep on a recorded lineIf something changed between that call and the letter she has written RPI is unawareWe agreed to a savings and we have provided thatWe welcome the opportunity to work this out with the merchant and would like to make it right

[redacted] ,We have gone over your account several times and every time we discover the exact same thingWe are saving you money month in and month outWe have never lied and everything you signed was agreed upon and we left you with a copyYou have been paying on a lease for several months and we have never had an issue from you until nowWe stand behind our product and we are confident that we have held up our end of the contractWe have even responded to the FDMS unit that you have involved with this and shown proof of all of our savings as wellWe would be happy to walk you through this againFeel free to call us at 503-972-if you have any other questions or complaints

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Riverside is not holding up their contractual obligation and they are using fabricated numbers while I provided actual evidence.The documents I sent DO NOT show a savings for switching to Riverside The Bill from World Pay clearly shows that I was at 2.025% for Jan and the Riverside email shows that I was 2.367% in Jan with Riverside even after a rate review and partial refund Note that there is less than a $volume difference What numbers are you looking at? Your response doesn't even make sense if you reviewed the attached documents (reattached here.) Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: There is still the issue of promised great savings from the previous merchant servicer Elavon, which when worked out with all the surprise fees and lease payment didn't materialize, which set in motion the whole debacle.Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely, [redacted] I emailed Riverside Payments with offers from another credit card company and they could not match that company's offerAmii G [redacted] who works for Riverside Payments told me that she needed my signed contract from [redacted] in order to either match or release me from my contract with themIn a phone call with Amii I explained that I should not have to send her a copy of that contract because I had [redacted] send me an email with a break down of what my monthly payment along with fees were and that I forwarded that email onto heri have a signed copy of a letter that states that if Riverside Payments can not match a competitors offer that I would be released from this contractRiverside Payments does not want to match item for item and has stated that they cannot but still fails to release meI have emails showing that I have sent them the info that they needed and they still have not complied with a signed agreementIn return I also do not have possession of their equipment because it was refused when it was delivered because Riverside Payments would match the other company's offerI have never processed a signal card with them but they charged me the monthly fee which was more than the amount on the signed contractI feel that Riverside Payments is in poor standing and has not lived up to their own contract and refuse to make the same offers that [redacted] has

Riverside Payments stands behind our contracts 100%The claims made by the merchant are completely falseWe do integrate with his system 100% and all the rewards cards will transferThis has been confirmed by the POS companyThe gift cards as well will switch over provided the merchant gives us the required infoThere has been no lies, however, a lack of communication has been an issue on this accountWe have reached out and spoken to the merchant about the issues and what we needWe will continue to follow through with everything as promised we just need the commitment to be equal to us thanks, RPI
