Riverside Payments gave [redacted] a quote without any numbers. [redacted] was excited to get lower rates and signed up without even giving us a real volume or number of transactions. That being said once she called in to let us know our quote was too high we took the time to go over it with her...

and even offered to lower down all rates to beat [redacted]s effective rate of 2.75%. As recently as yesterday 6-9-16 [redacted] was ok with this when speaking to our customer service rep on a recorded line. If something changed between that call and the letter she has written RPI is unaware. We agreed to a savings and we have provided that. We welcome the opportunity to work this out with the merchant and would like to make it right.
