Review: My daughter and I went through over 8 hrs or interview and paperwork to get me in the Senior program. I repeatedly told them that I could not afford the services if they were not covered completely by Medicare. I was reassured each time by Social Workers, Case Manager, Facility Manager and Enrollment Coordinator that they had checked as a part of their admission process and that their services would be no out-of-pocket cost to me. I attended the center on two days and then was told that I would have to pay $900 each month to attend. I immediately spoke with the Enrollment Coordinator and cancelled my contract as soon as she was available for me to sign the cancellation request. I was later billed $864.86 for their services. I mailed a letter explaining the circumstanes but they insisted I pay and their billing department continues to call me if I do not make some type of payment. I have tried to pay a little each month but I cannot afford even this. This was not my fault, but they keep calling me about payments and insisting that if I don't pay they will take legal actions.Desired Settlement: I do not believe that I owe them anything for the 2days of attendance because they were supposed to have confirmed the financial information as part of pre-enrollment. I would like for them to stop harrassing me about payment and refund the $123.00 I have paid.
