They did have to wait a couple of minutes, and that's because we pick up people that need a ride.  They is a truck stop down the road.  I always leave my phone number which they called me.  They say that they saw closed circuit cameras on property, that is true but there is only three...

that shows the end the center and beginning of the parking lot.  I always ask it they need WiFi, because they need a password.  The smoke detector is hard wired in the wall, and the other one is a carbon monoxide.  If the room was dirty, why did they not come back to desk and ask for refund. And I do go in the rooms at night so that I can prepare the rooms for late customers that are coming in.  We don't have too much trouble here.  This is a business and sometimes you may get some people who are not correct.  Because of the season we have lowered our rates.  I did ask them what price I told them because prices do fluctuate..  I tried to call these people, the phone number was disconnected and I emailed them and no response.  I will send them a refund.  I would appreciate them to contact me to let me know that they have received the message.  They also had 2 dogs, and since it took me 10 mins. to get with them, I did not charge them for the second dog in which they had.
